We recognized that while many businesses were relying on hiring local employees, only few companies were ahead of their time and working on a true scalable solution i.e. a specialized remote talent pool of experienced and pre-trained professionals in the market. Our founders, who have over 25 years of combined industry experience in helping businesses sell more, grow revenue, and scale, decided to create a company that focuses solely on providing the best possible support to businesses with key roles of SDR, Marketing Associate, Executive Assistant, and Account Manager.

What We Are Looking For?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales on any US, UK, Australian, or Canadian- based project.
  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (both written & spoken)
  • Ability to conduct professional conversations with confidence.
  • Business Management experience would be preferred
  • Outgoing and candid personality
  • To work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experienced with CRM software.
  • Pro-active, solution-oriented and out of box thinking is required for this position.
  • Ability to learn new tools

Requirement:

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through virtual Associate success management
  • As the voice of the client, identify trends, needs, or challenges and escalate to the appropriate department
  • Identify and coordinate communications between customers and appropriate internal

resources

  • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication to clients through verbal and written correspondence
  • Maintain client files accurately and consistently documenting conversations
