Our founders, who have over 25 years of combined industry experience in helping businesses sell more, grow revenue, and scale, decided to create a company that focuses solely on providing the best possible support to businesses with key roles of SDR, Marketing Associate, Executive Assistant, and Account Manager.

Core Skills:
Scheduling/Calendar Management:

  • Booking and reviewing meetings
  • Appointment setting via calls or emails
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Resolving conflicts with the end goal of optimizing time management Email Management:
  • Managing both the quality and volume of emails
  • Eliminating waste and excessive/spam emails
  • Adhering to the 4D method of email management (4D Method elements: delete it, do it, delegate it, defer it) Social media management:
  • Interacting on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc) with followers/friends or joint venture partners.
  • Building reach and brand image
  • Creating content
  • Strategizing content posting
  • Enhancing client relations Event Planning:
  • Managing upward and downwards
  • Coordinating with different teams & individuals
  • Taking care of logistics
  • Budgeting and negotiation Tracking and documenting expenses:

• Keeping a record of all expenses and invoices

  • Ensuring timely coordination with the accounts department
  • Keeping everything documented & transparent Project/Task management:

• Using different suites such as ClickUp, Basecamp, or Trello to manage and track tasks.

Serving as a strategic partner:

  • Acting as a liaison between the executive and different departments of the company.
  • Cultivating healthy relationships with the people you are working with Daily Tasks:
  • Checking and taking the required action emails within 24 hours.
  • Updating the executive regarding his day-to-day meetings 24 hours prior.
  • Keeping the level of engagement high with business/joint venture partners.
  • Keeping track of and checking back on deferred tasks ensuring things stay on track.
  • Creating, sharing, and posting content on social media platforms.
  • Responding to messages and comments on social media within 24 hours.
  • Representing your executive on a day-to-day basis. Weekly Tasks:
  • Enhancing the executive’s productivity by taking on projects.
  • Focusing on optimal utilization of the executive’s time.
  • Having a long-term goal of building a brand reputation by networking with the ultimate goal of contributing to the bottom line.
  • Communicating with teams to align your goals with the company’s long-term goals. Soft skills needed to succeed:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with linguistics for US and Canadian clients – (US accent preferable)
  • Being highly organized
  • Leadership skills, ability to manage upward and downwards
  • Have a great personality for video calls
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality of the executive and their company
  • Proactive and highly adaptable personality
  • Negotiation skills
  • Great people/team building skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent research skills
  • Problem-solving ability Requirement:
  • A good internet connection with 20MB download & upload speed.
  • Internet backup connection in case the main one goes down.
  • A good laptop/computer/workstation with a backup in case the main one goes down.
  • A working Webcam or Laptop camera for video calls.
