Sales Development Rep (SDR)

We recognized that while many businesses were relying on hiring local employees, only few companies were ahead of their time and working on a true scalable solution i.e. a specialized remote talent pool of experienced and pre-trained professionals in the market. Our founders, who have over 25 years of combined industry experience in helping businesses sell more, grow revenue, and scale, decided to create a company that focuses solely on providing the best possible support to businesses with key roles of SDR, Marketing Associate, Executive Assistant, and Account Manager.
What We Are Looking For?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales on any US, UK, Australian, or Canadian-based project.
  • A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (both written & spoken)
    Requirement:
  • A good internet connection with 20MB download & upload speed.
  • Internet backup connection in case the main one goes down.
  • Power back up in case you live in a region with power issues.
  • A good laptop/computer/workstation with a backup in case the main one goes down.
  • A working Webcam or Laptop camera for video calls.
  • A noise-canceling mic and headset.
